This package is designed to provide you with the 90 hours of instruction required to be eligible for a Illinois managing broker license.
This program prepares you for the Illinois state licensing exam as well as provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate managing broker in Illinois. This package also includes unlimited access to additional practice exams.

This fully online course provides the 15 hours of interactive instruction required as part of the 45 hours in Managing Broker Pre-Licensing Topics course. Students will participate in a variety of interactive activities where they will apply their knowledge to a variety of real-world scenarios designed to provide valuable analysis and decision-making experience.
Prior to participating in this interactive course, the 15-hour Broker post-licensing course should be completed.
This course provides 30 of the 45 hours of instruction in real estate topics required of all applicants for a managing broker license in Illinois. The course prepares learners for the Illinois licensing exam and provides the practical business knowledge necessary to be a successful real estate managing broker in Illinois. Topics include licensing, operations, escrow and management, managing licensees, risk management, laws, and issues.

Illinois State Requirement Details for Real Estate Managing Broker Pre-Licensing Education for Licensed Illinois Brokers
Hours Required by the State: 45 hours
- 30-hour course including the following topics: Brokerage Administration and Management, Licensing, Escrow and Residential Leasing Agent Management
- 15-hour Applied Management and Supervision course
Note: Broker pre-license and post-license education must be completed prior to Managing Broker education. All Managing Broker education must be completed within the year immediately preceding the filing of an application for a Managing Broker's license.
